Today I had the pleasure of taking photographs of my best friend's children at the beautiful Oatlands Plantation in Leesburg. As you can see Mackenzie and Caleb have a lot of love for one another... and will have the blessing of a baby sister in the Spring!

Jenny & Larry | Colvin Run Mill

This is Jenny and her adorable son, Larry. I love first time moms! They have so much joy and energy when holding their little babies. It is a good reminder as to how blessed I am to have two boys of my own.

Jackson & Addison | Colvin Run Mills

I had the pleasure of shooting Jackson & Addison at Colvin Run Mill last weekend. They were very playful and lovable, and made it easy to capture some shots that reflect their sweet personalities.

Virginia is for Wine Lovers

I usually just photograph children, but I took my camera with me on a Virginia wine tour that my brother hosted. It was a great opportunity to capture some shots of all of the couples who weren't afraid to show not only their rugged, but their softer side.

These are photos of my brother and his girlfriend, Cori. Hopefully I will be shooting his engagement photos in the near future! ;-)

Reed | Colvin Run Mills

Red is Reed's color! This is Reed - he has gorgeous auburn hair (like his beautiful mother!) and looked just perfect in a pile of leaves. He is usually a very bubbly guy, but for whatever reason he was somber on this day which was a different side of him I've never seen. Either way, it made for a fun photo shoot to capture Reed's "other side".
